The Serrano shopping area, Botanical Gardens and renowned Prado Museum are all within one kilometre. Madrid Barajas Airport (MAD) is 12 kilometres from the hotel.

Behind the hotel's stone and ironwork facade, a marble-floored lobby with pillars and contemporary artworks leads to a red- carpeted lounge area with chandelier, armchairs and sofas.
