An airport bus links the city centre Erzsébet Square bus station with the airport every 30 minutes. There is an airport minibus service to any address in Budapest. A bus links the airport with the city's metro system. The nearest metro station to the hotel is Opera, which is 50 metres from the hotel. A taxi to the hotel from the airport should cost approximately 7.5 HUF but passengers should negotiate a fare before leaving the airport. Budapest has an inexpensive and efficient public transport system with easy links between the metro, HEV trains, buses, trams and trolleybuses.
